2. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched from our facility.
Cancellation requests should preferably be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
As our products are consumable food items prepared in small batches, we are unable to recall or cancel shipped orders.

- Orders already processed or dispatched
- Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
- Bulk or commercial orders already prepared
